The Mack MDe7 chassis is the latest addition to the ÖÁ×ðµç×Ó zero-emissions offerings and has enhanced range and payload capabilities. Not ready to go fully-electric with a ZEV bucket truck? Another solution to reduce emissions is the ÖÁ×ðµç×Ó HyPower^TM SmartPTO by Viatec. The SmartPTO is a simple and reliable plug-in electric power take-off (PTO) solution. With simple connections to the hydraulic system of your unit, SmartPTO electrically powers all the hydraulic functions of the utility truck – from the outriggers to the boom of the aerial. HyPower^TM SmartPTO by Viatec also provides battery power to the chassis allowing auxiliary applications such as lighting and in cab HVAC to operate while the truck engine is off. The HyPower SmartPTO can be installed on any new bucket truck or retrofitted to any existing trucks in your fleet to give your utility immediate emissions reductions.
