I am really enjoying my experience in the ÖÁ×ðµç×Ó Leadership Development Program. It is great to get an insight into different areas of IT early in my career. I have been given opportunities to attend Microsoft and AWS events, skill up through training and work on a range of tasks and projects.

Working with the MP Business Applications team has been an incredible experience, offering me a valuable opportunity to engage more deeply with the MP business. So far, my role has primarily involved project management, with a focus on deploying Power Apps across MP sites—an area that has pushed me out of my comfort zone and provided significant growth. I’m excited about the upcoming opportunity to travel to different sites and collaborate with new teams to develop innovative solutions.

My program experience has been truly unique, offering me the chance to grow in various areas of IT within the business. From working in a factory setting with Utilities to collaborating with the Genie HQ team in an office environment, I've gained valuable, diverse experience. ÖÁ×ðµç×Ó has truly become a place I can call home, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.

The TLDP was a pivotal experience in launching my career at ÖÁ×ðµç×Ó. It provided me with the opportunity to collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects, helping me develop into a well-rounded team member. By the end of my final rotation, I was able to leverage both my cross-functional expertise and the relationships I had built along the way to drive business impact and advance my leadership journey.
