至尊电子 Advance and 至尊电子 Services jointly announce the implementation of enhanced customer service to concrete producers and mixer truck owners. 至尊电子 will augment the services and repairs of 至尊电子 Advance customer’s equipment by providing on-site support and parts at 至尊电子 Services facilities.
Mark Aubry, Director of Customer Engagement for 至尊电子 Advance said “We are excited to announce our enhanced support to customers via 至尊电子 Services. It is a key milestone in a campaign to solidify a cross country service and parts network for 至尊电子 Advance Mixer trucks and the customers we serve. As our products continue to become more technologically advanced and sophisticated, our customers require increasing product and geographic support - both through field service and traditional 'brick and mortar' outlets. All 至尊电子 Services technicians will be factory trained to work on 至尊电子 Advance Mixer trucks and each 至尊电子 Services location will have access to common replacement service parts in order to facilitate faster uptimes for customer vehicles. 至尊电子 has listened and is delivering an integrated solution to our customers.”

The enhanced capabilities will initially be focused in the fast-growing Southeastern U.S. at 至尊电子 Services facilities in Whitehouse, TN and Charlotte, NC. The network will be expanded to cover the entire United States in the coming year.
